Our programmes create accessible pathways for young adults aged 18–30, connecting practical learning and mentoring with meaningful education, employment, volunteering and community outcomes.
Programme status: Depths of Discovery is preparing and developing its first pilot across two participation tracks: weekly online delivery and twice-monthly in-person delivery in Hilversum. The programme is being developed in phases, allowing us to learn with participants and partners, strengthen the programme model and build a reliable foundation for future growth.
Pilot delivery standard: Every participant session is planned with at least two prepared people: a lead facilitator and a support facilitator. For online sessions, the support facilitator also acts as technical host. Independent safeguarding coverage is maintained, with trained backup arrangements for key roles.
Public programme materials identify volunteers by role title—such as Programme Lead, Support Facilitator or Safeguarding Contact—rather than by name. Internal shared records use permanent coded references such as VOL-001; the confidential identity key is held separately with restricted access.
Everything we build sits on three foundations: The Compass, The Guild and The Commons.
The Compass turns Pathways to Participation into our flagship 12-session programme, helping young adults aged 18–30 recognise their strengths, develop practical capabilities and take a participant-owned next step towards education, employment, volunteering or community life.
Skills and confidence built through real action, not just workshops—a ladder of Proof Points that takes a participant from Apprentice to Journeyperson to Master, ending in a portfolio they keep.
The Commons turns Community in Action into volunteer and community initiatives where participants can contribute, build networks and translate learning into public benefit. This track is in development and will launch once The Compass pilot is underway.
Use our enquiry form to ask about participation or referral, volunteering and mentoring, programme partnerships, or funding and in-kind support. We will respond with the most relevant next step and will never present a programme place as confirmed until eligibility, capacity and timing have been discussed.
Your contribution supports inclusive programmes both online and in person.
