This statement explains how Stichting Depths of Discovery uses personal information submitted through this website.
Last updated: 17 August 2026.
When you contact us, we use the details you provide to understand and respond to your enquiry, maintain appropriate organisational records and meet legal obligations. We ask you not to send highly sensitive personal information through the website form.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers supporting our website and communications, or when legally required. We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and applicable record-keeping requirements.
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing where applicable. Contact info@depthsofdiscovery.nl. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Volunteer records: In shared operational materials, volunteers are identified by permanent codes such as VOL-001 or by role titles rather than by name. Personal email addresses and telephone numbers are not included in shared volunteer registers or public programme materials. The confidential code-to-identity key is stored separately with access limited to authorised coordinators, and retired volunteer codes are not reassigned. Because a code may still be linked back to a person through that key, this is pseudonymisation rather than anonymity; the coded information remains personal data and is protected accordingly.
Essential website services may set technical cookies. Any optional analytics or marketing technologies should be activated only with an appropriate consent mechanism.
Your contribution supports inclusive programmes both online and in person.
