The foundation is preparing a revised public-benefit purpose and governance framework for notarial and fiscal review. The proposed direction centres on social inclusion, educational participation, economic self-reliance and active citizenship. The revised statutes do not take legal effect until executed by a civil-law notary.

Our policy plan sets out the foundation’s public-benefit objective — reducing social exclusion and strengthening societal participation for young adults aged 18–30 — alongside our two linked programmes, Pathways to Participation and The Guild, our approach to income, asset management and governance, and our three-year outlook. Governance: the foundation is governed by a three-member board (Chair, Secretary, Treasurer) holding collective responsibility for strategic direction, legal compliance and financial oversight; the foundation is represented by the full board or by any two board members acting jointly, including at least one officer. Remuneration: board members serve on a voluntary basis and receive no remuneration for their role, only reimbursement of reasonable, verifiable expenses.
